Within the CDO team of one of our clients - in the beauty industry - WITH is looking for a Project Manager to support the Content team by leading project management for all assets, from pre-production to delivery.

The Content Project Manager will be working closely with different brand teams. Your responsability will include:

• Drive content creation including the animation concepts, 360° plan & assets based on marketing plans and product launches, as well as local markets requirements
• Enrich global digital toolkits with best-in-class content practices & recommendations and contribute to the 360° digital content planning strategy for the brand
• Coordinate the production & coordination process of digital content assets with the partners and local markets
• Liaise with the Fashion House to validate content strategy and assets
• Collaborate with DAM team to ensure proper content implementation on internal platform shared with markets
• Provide guidance for assets usage & metadata policy
• Coordinate the deployment of content toolkits with local markets to ensure that content delivered meets markets’ requirements and local standards and manage requests for local adaptation
• Consolidate insights and best-in-class practices, understand and analyze the relevant audiences & tribes to evaluate authenticity and engagement of 360° activations and content
• Manage the day-to-day relationship with the different creative partners, from briefing relevant creative partners according to type of content needed (in-house studio, external agency) and oversee content creation, production and post-production with partners


Profil recherché

• 3 to 5 year experience as Digital Content Project Manager in leading beauty company/group or as Account Executive in a creative agency
• 360° initiatives including digital, social (incl. platforms such as Instagram and TikTok), influence, advocacy, E-commerce/E-retail and physical retail, across different markets
• Knowledge of ecosystems and language for priority markets US & China is a plus
• Excellent at evaluating creative work; able to give and receive feedback to support its development
• Outstanding critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Must be able to understand complex environments and projects, pay attention to details and maintain an organized workflow while managing timings
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both verbally and in writing), operational drive, people-oriented and results-driven. Personable, and able to work effectively with a variety of different people and functions
• Able to compile, document and communicate requirements to creative & production partners; and respond positively to feedback
• Comfortable working within fast-paced and evolving environments
• Business acumen and keen interest for the beauty and luxury industries
• Fluent in English, which is the working language
