Job description

On behalf of one of our clients, a leading beauty group, we are looking for an International Indirect E-commerce Animation Project Manager to join the WITH team. Within the division and in liaison with the local market and brands team, you will be in charge of accompanying the content development of the division in the Global Market.

For this position, you will work directly with the Global Indirect Ecommerce Director based in Paris and will cover a portfolio of several brands.

In this position, the WITH implant will help the brands into different roles as detailed below:

1- Manage multi-brand animations
Definition of 4 moments in the year to drive cross-brand animations hands-in-hands with various e-retailers, including local needs Drive content creation including the animation concepts, 360 plan & assets development and coordination based on market & zone requirements

2- Accelerate potential on key indirect partners (Tmall, Amazon, Shopee, …)
Pilot Tmall animation with each brands for CNY, 618 & D11, including in-platform social commerce initiatives Support on unlocking content potential on Amazon brand stores (brand page, product page)
Unlock new value propositions on the e-commerce full funnel with rising partners to support in defining a co-design business roadmap Anticipate the future of content streams to upskill & identify new needs (ie. Medical Anchorage, Sustainability)

3- Support on Indirect Commerce day-to-day activities
Be a sponsor & facilitator for each market on leveraging PIMDAM tools across all retailers Develop data-driven analysis on the business situation for the division & come up with strong advisory

Preferred experience

Master’s degree required Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing & managing content related projects
Have a clear understanding of indirect ecommerce ecosystem and know well about the trendy marketing approaches - inside & outside platforms Excellent soft skill to manage trilateral relationships, drive all cross functional teams at the same pace to deliver business results
Passion for the role and the beauty industry and brands Strong communication and presentation skills and the ability to communicate confidently with senior-level leaders
Ability to balance between a robust analytical capability and an interest in the creative process Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
