WITH is recruiting an Innovation Senior Brand Manager.

You will be working for one of the most well-known worldwide premium F&B brand. It is an iconic brand for the category, delivering both solid value growth and strong environmental commitments.

You will be based at the Innovation & Product Renovations Department with a transformational role, with the goal to improve product profitability and reach brand sustainability commitments.

Amongst other, the current key innovations streams will be the following ones:

  1. First, redefine the vision and strategy of our B2D ecosystem (notably HORECA – HOtel REstaurant CAfe) in a context where competition is fierce. This includes renovation, possible extension of the product portfolio as well as full reinvention of our current business model. The strategy around packaging will need to fulfill the brand ecology commitments. You will also need to identify alternative packaging opportunities to be distributed B2B & B2C channels.

  2. As a love brand embedded in popular culture, the brand has full legitimacy to stretch beyond its current business. You will need to generate new lines of products in order to develop the category.

  3. There is a full pipe of innovation projects for which the brand could also investigate and allocate resources to keep acting as a pioneer for the category and the company.

Job description

  • For most of the responsibilities around the job (approx. 70% of the time), the Innovation SBM will be responsible to develop profitable and sustainable strategy for all innovation projects.
  • For approx. 30% of the time, the Innovation SBM will be also responsible to manage brand stretch, notably the relationship with partners, ensuring protection of the brand equity assets and negotiating best possible development from this partnership.
  • The innovation SBM will animate and work in close collaboration with local business units to understand their needs and push their local plans.
  • The innovation SBM will work with R&I teams as well as all functions (operations, SSD, finance, sales, S&I, design agencies and brand equity & influence teams), to lead the full projects pipe.
  • The specificity of this position is the high level of exposure both to top management and to key partners.
    Projects scope might evolve over time.

Preferred experience

  • 5-7 years’ experience
  • Excited to join the global brand innovation team
  • Strong autonomy
  • Structured thinking
  • Excited to set and drive notably the on premise and brand stretch vision and strategy and open to take on new projects according to brand priorities evolution.
  • Able and happy to both define strategies and operationally drive development projects.
  • Able to embark and deal with top management stakeholders as well as operational project teams and local marketing teams.
  • Able to navigate in uncertain environment, be agile, think positive and show resilience.
  • Fluent in English and French: most project teams working in French, marketing teams working in English.


  • Travel up to 5-6 days/month
  • Management of one shared trainee
