WITH is an 80-people digital consulting company founded 11 years ago, with offices in Paris, Madrid & Geneva. In Paris, we primarily service the world of food, beauty, health, luxury and fashion.

We tend to focus on the areas of business & marketing: e-Commerce (Amazon, D2C, marketplaces), China & Asia, Social Marketing (influence/advocacy/customer care and data management). In those areas, we master more than 25 different topics among the most coveted matters on the market. Our obsession is to remain above the fray and help our clients as they modernize their business.

CLIENT CONTEXT

Our client, a world leading beauty company, is looking for a Ecommerce Content Manager to enhance its campaign excellence and contribute to accelerate its business growth. You will be part of the Digital team and in charge of the content related projects. We are seeking an individual with a keen sense of visual content, familiarity with shooting processes, and has a genuine interest in and knowledge of Gen AI. You will work closely with the Content, website, media manager and partners.
In this position, the WITH implant will help the brand into different roles as detailed below:

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

1. End-to-End Production & E-Commerce Management

  • Shoot Coordination: Lead and oversee high-quality production activities and global activations tailored for Amazon and leading ecommerce platforms such as Tmall in China, ensuring alignment with luxury brand guidelines.

  • Post-Production Excellence: Execute and streamline post-production workflows in tight collaboration with the E-Commerce Content Manager to deliver pixel-perfect assets.

  • 3D Asset Management: Partner with partners and internal team to coordinate the creation and iterative updates of 3D packshots, ensuring technical accuracy and visual premiumness.

2. Innovative Content & Gen AI Strategy

  • Future-Proofing Content: Actively participate in strategic brainstorming to identify and frame Generative AI use cases.

  • Operational Framing: Work alongside the internal team to map out and implement Gen AI content creation frameworks, optimizing speed-to-market without compromising quality.

3. Operational & Systems Excellence

  • Digital Asset Operations: Maintain rigorous folder organization and manage the end-to-end upload process on internal asset platform, including the generation of Fadel numbers for rights management.

  • Process Optimization: Facilitate ongoing follow-ups with team regarding Plug & Play templates, ensuring all global teams adhere to usage regulations and brand consistency.


Profil recherché

  • Experience: 4-6 years of relevant experience with proven track record in content production, project management, or creative agency roles, preferably within the Beauty or Luxury sectors.

  • Technical Savvy: Comfortable navigating DAM systems (like OPERA) and a strong interest/knowledge in the application of Gen AI in creative workflows.

  • Project Management: Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Communication: Exceptional professional communication skills.
    Note: Proficiency in Mandarin/Chinese is considered a significant advantage for coordinating with specific regional stakeholders, though it is not a mandatory requirement.

  • Mindset: A proactive problem-solver with a “luxury-first” eye for detail.
