Descriptif du poste

Leading actor of dermo-cosmetics in Europe, our client is looking for its next Social Listening Expert as of April 2021. The company has kickstarted an ambitious digital transformation plan over 30 countries. Social listening stands as a key component, with a Social Performance Index as the next new standard for markets and brands to track & assess their social performance over time.

In this context, you will be the main contact of local brand teams, to help them shape their social strategy built on consumer truth: social data.

Having the hands on the social listening tool on a daily basis, you’ll be the official provider of relevant social insights and social data sets.

Your objectives: Social data Acculturation & Actionability

Support the key transformation program, especially the Social Performance Index Deployment cycle
Support local brand teams to understand & adopt the Social Performance Index (how it is calculated and its value to better assess & monitor social media efforts against the competition)
Boost the adoption rate of the social listening tool among local brand teams
Show that social data is a key enabler of a successful modern social media strategy, not only in one-off but on a daily basis.
Animate brands/markets around social listening & social insights to keep them on-boarded on the long-run.

Your role:

You’ll be the owner of the Social Performance Index adoption & monitoring over time.
You’ll provide ad hoc support & tailor-made solutions depending on brand/market needs.
You’ll be the main contact of the social listening tool Brandwatch to optimize the set-up and UX of dashboards and reports ; and even trigger innovative features to capture additional data that would be relevant for brands/markets.
You’ll be the main contact of the partner in charge of Netino Data Quality.
You’ll be the evangelist of social listening & social insights as a way to monitor social performance on the one hand, to sharpen consumer intelligence on the other hand.
You’ll be the official provider of social insights to brands & markets

  • First meeting in VC with HR
  • Second meeting with the Social Marketing lead & one of the co-founder
  • Last meeting with the client (shortlist of 2-3 candidates)
