Please note you need to be based near Lyon and be quite flexible with frequent office visits.

Working closely with the Head of Marketing and the Sales Team, you’ll make a real difference to the company by capturing leads and using the data and digital channels to increase the sales opportunities 


Responsibilities of the role :

  • Designing, monitoring and improving the Digital Acquisition funnels WW ( Social Networks , Search , Website , Nurturing & Referral)

  • Supporting the team & Outbound processes with content ideas and strategies for sales collateral, landing pages etc.

  • Designing and driving SEO outlines with the External Agency

  • Collaborating with the Head of Marketing to define pillar pages , lead magnets and offers that convert for our ICPs in the different territories on the Website

  • Managing tools( CRM, Website , Hubspot, Semrush….) to automate the lead generation

  • Compiling relevant Acquisition KPIs 


Interaction with other roles :

  • Roadmap CoDesign with VP Sales & Marketing

  • Collaboration with Head of Marketing

  • Management of the Paid Acquisition Specialist

  • Demos Developement with Solution Managers

  • Invoincing with the Accounting Dpt

  • Queries for the Infrastructure Mngt with the IT/ the Data Factory Team


We are looking for a Head of Acquisition with strong :

  • Soft skills :

    • Collaborative and data-oriented

    • Good project management and execution skills

    • Ability to work within different cultures ( French , German , Brits and US )

    • Passion for B2B Marketing

  •  Hard skills :

    • Good overall knowledge of embedded and IoT market

    • B2B marketing

    • Project management

    • Strategic and operational marketing

    • Ability to provide requirements and conduct external parties

    • English : excellent written and verbal communication
