Descriptif du poste

You will work closely with our VP Sales, our CEO, but also the Product and Marketing teams, in order to increase Wishibams’ presence across Europe. This a key role for us and your actions and ideas will have a direct impact on the future of our company. Time to market couldn’t be better and we are getting ready for huge growth !

What will you be doing?

  • Own and manage the full sale cycle, from discovery to closing. Understanding your customers’ needs, engaging with C-level executives, and generating value at every stage.

  • Prospect, build, and develop relationships with key stakeholders to maintain a healthy pipeline and ideal quota coverage over your territory with the SDR’s team

  • Work closely with other departments (marketing, finance, etc.) to build the best proposal for your customer

  • Consistently close new business and expansions by leveraging a “land-and-expand” strategy to achieve your quarterly and annual quota

  • Use our CRM for deal management and accurate pipeline forecasting

  • Develop strategic commercial partnership in your territory

  • Collaborate with the management team to improve our strategy, process, and methodology

Profil recherché

You are:

  • A hunter and a deal closer (we offer uncapped commissions)
  • Ambitious and a team player
  • A fast learner, curious, and pro-active… you know how to get things going

You already have:

  • At least 3+ years in a quota carrying sales role in SaaS with a successful track record.
  • Previous experience in the retail tech industry or the proptech industry is a plus
  • Knowledge of proven sales methodologies such as MEDDIC, Consultative Selling, Challenger Sales, Solution Selling, or similar

You speak and write:

  • Bilingual in French and English
  • Any other European language is a huge plus
