Since 2014, Wiremind has positioned itself as a technical company transforming the world of transport and events with a 360° approach combining UX, software, and AI.
Our expertise lies primarily in optimizing and marketing our clients' capacity. We work on various projects such as ticket forecasting and pricing, 3D optimization of air freight or scraping competitor prices. Our applications are the preferred tool of companies such as SNCF, United Airlines, Qatar Airways or even PSG to visualize, analyze and optimize their capacity.
Dynamic and ambitious, we strive to maintain our technical DNA which is the engine of our success. The company, profitable and self-financed since its creation 10 years ago, is mainly composed of engineers and experts and currently supports the growth of our business model based on "software-as-a-service" solutions.
Your missions 🚀
As a System / Platform Engineer, you'll help build, operate, and evolve the infrastructure that powers all Wiremind products. You’ll focus on improving the reliability, scalability, and security of our systems while supporting developer autonomy through platform tooling and best practices.
While no two days are the same, your work will typically include:
- Contributing to the evolution of our platform: improving Kubernetes clusters designs, automating operations, and designing clean, maintainable infrastructure in collaboration with senior engineers
- Maintaining and troubleshooting system components: from kernel-level issues to network stack behavior and storage performance
- Improving the architecture and resilience of technical projects, with a focus on platform reliability and self-service capabilities
- Helping software and data engineers become more autonomous in using the platform, deploying services, and monitoring production
- Learning and sharing best practices around system design, observability, automation, and the DevOps mindset
- Optionally, contributing to open-source projects or Kubernetes SIGs, helping move the ecosystem forward
Our 2025/2026 challenges focus on designing and deploying a new Kubernetes cluster architecture using state-of-the-art technologies and concepts—including Cluster API, and Cilium—to enhance automation, auto-repair capabilities, resilience, and isolation for workloads with 99.95% SLA requirements.

- Networking (BGP, internal routing, TCP/IP)
- Kubernetes CNI plugins (Cilium, Calico), service meshes (Istio)
- Cloud Providers:
- OVHCloud: OpenStack or Bare Metal
- Google Cloud Platform: mainly GKE
- Monitoring & Logging: Prometheus, Grafana, Elasticsearch, Kibana, Vector
- Cloud Native Ecosystem: cert-manager, Istio, external-secrets, Velero, etc.

- Data Stores: PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch, Redis, RabbitMQ, etcd
Your profile 🔍
- You have an Engineering degree (or equivalent practical experience) and at least 1–2 years in a DevOps, SRE, or System/Platform Engineer role
- You're confident working with Linux systems, and have some experience digging into performance, networking, storage or containers tweaking and/or issues
- You’ve used Kubernetes (ideally self-managed) and are comfortable with core concepts like pods, services, and Helm charts and underlying concepts (kubeadm, etc)
- You understand networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, routing, DNS), and are curious about advanced topics like CNIs (e.g. Cilium), service meshes or BGP
- You've written scripts or tools in Python, Go, or Shell, and are comfortable automating tasks or building small utilities
- You care about reliability, monitoring, and automation, and aim to build systems that scale and recover gracefully
- You communicate well with teammates across engineering and product, and enjoy helping others adopt platform tooling
- You're eager to grow your expertise in infrastructure and systems, and contribute to design and operations decisions
