WHAT YOU WILL DO

As a Revenue Management solution expert, you will play the key role of matching railway customer expectations with our Revenue Management (i.e. dynamic pricing optimization) solution CAYZN. You will solve business and technical enquiries raised by (mostly international) railway operators, with the support of our Software engineers and Data Scientists.

In practice – even though there is no typical day – you can expect to:

• Take part in the pre-sales efforts before winning a contract with a customer, including tenders or formal discussions, in written material or during meetings,
• Manage all RM solution implementation aspects, including the definition of a roadmap, coordinating with our Software Engineers and Data Scientists, defining delivery milestones, etc.
• Ensure direct interface with end-users once the project is on a RUN configuration : provide expertise on how to use the system, respond to bug reports, and define how to include customer’s new feature requests in the general product roadmap,
• Exchange on a daily basis with our tech team (Software engineers, Data Science engineers, Architects) to share insights about customer requirements and conduct testing,
• Keep a critical eye and be keen on improving the product, challenging other team members when necessary to bring customers feedback to the table.
