    Job description

    Who is the Customer Relations Manager France?

    One of the key assets to the Customer Relations Team, you will be in touch with Wingly passengers on a day to day basis and you will manage Wingly’s customer requests for our French speaking customers!

    Main role:

    • Be the first point of contact for passengers through our Email and phone support
    • Match Passengers with Pilots, help passengers to find the perfect flight and to take-off
    • Improve passenger experience by collecting feedback and working closely with the dev team
    • Help convert cancelled bookings into accepted bookings

    Other missions of the Customer Relations Manager France :

    • Work with the Customer Relations team to set up common strategies
    • Work with the French Pilot Manager and marketing team
    • Work on marketing campaigns for passengers; emails, newsletters, translations
    • Work closely with the Customer Care Manager

    Preferred experience

    • Native French and Good English
    • Good communication skills : very good written skills, comfortable on phone
    • Solution oriented mindset and good organisation skills
    • You enjoy working and speaking with people
    • Strong interest in the start-up world
    • Multitasker, motivated, ability to work well alone and with others
    • Customer Support experience is a big plus
    • Being passionate about aviation is a big plus
