We are looking for a super business developer to build and grow our Lisbon campus while our current campus manager is on maternity leave for 1 year.

Responsibilities :

  • Recruit students : prospect for candidates and transform them into students, organize information sessions and interviews.

  • Organize student life during the training : plan integration day, find guest speakers, organize hackathons, Demo Day, workshops and meetups.

  • Manage student projects for real clients : identify and build client partnerships, define projects, ensure high quality partnerships.

  • Help students find jobs after the training : coach students on their soft skills, organize job datings, develop partnerships with recruiting companies, set-up, lead and manage the alumni community.

  • Develop Wild Code School’s brand awareness in Bucharest : act as the ambassador of the project, build strong partnerships with local players, organize events and communicate.

  • Ensure logistics and profitability of the campus.


Profil recherché

  • Communication. Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively. Proven experience as business developer, sales executive or relevant role. Acts as the Wild Code School ambassador at every opportunity.

  • Challenge driven. Overshoots objectives. Demonstrates willingness to go the distance to get something done. Startup mindset.

  • Honesty and integrity. Speaks plainly and truthfully.
