Wezen is a platform enabling customers to handle their linguistic creation and translation, relying on interoperability with other platform consuming the content. Your mission will be to design, specify, follow-up and deliver integrations : softwares able of exchanging content with platform used by our customers.

A perfect understanding of customers external systems (CMS, PIM, DAM etc) architecture and usecases will allow you to design integrations with comprehensive usecases, great stability and optimal performances.

Integrated in Wezen tech team, you’ll be directly in contact with CTO, UX and product team, and also with sales, customer success, product and dev practices, understanding their issues and taking part in building solutions. Depending on integration types and usages, you’ll be able to work with wezen development team, and/or external development suppliers.

Strategic responsibilities as Integration Tech Lead

  • Integrations development roadmap ownership
  • Integrations development management and evangelism
  • Responsibility in account deployment
  • Outsourcing budget follow-up and reporting to management
  • Enhancement of wezen api with product team for better integrations

Operational responsibilities as Integration Tech Lead

  • External system content types and usecases collection
  • Understanding and documentation of external system architecture and processes
  • Integration design with handled content types, processes and performances
  • Functional and technical specifications
  • Define implementation strategy (internal or outsourced) and planning (poc, beta, prod)
  • Recruitment of outsourced development suppliers when needed
  • Involvement in implementation with support and follow-up
  • Delivery control and code quality assessment
  • Documentation of deployment and setup steps
  • Feedback collection on bugs and features

Profil recherché

Must have:

  • Minimum experience of 2/3 years in software development practice
  • Advanced knowledge of development languages and frameworks, database types
  • Advanced knowledge of software performance key factors
  • Business English : both written and spoken
  • Soft skills: team player, positive attitude, communication with developers and non-developers 
  • Techsavvy
  • Puzzle-solver mindset
