Reporting to the CEO of WeWard and in collaboration with Gabriel, you will work on the development of the application in Germany.

This is a cross-functional position that will allow you to work on the implementation of marketing campaigns to acquire new users as well as on the development of partnerships with local brands.

In this role, you will be involved in the following tasks

• Definition of the commercial and acquisition strategy
• Development of acquisition campaigns in Germany
• Prospecting for new business partners available in the application and
  development of strategic partnerships
• Building and managing the Germany team (support, business development)
• Management of the operational execution of the implemented strategies
• Management of the client portfolio in Germany
• Analysis and optimization of WeWard performance in Germany

Each member of the team contributes fully to the entrepreneurial adventure. The profile sought
will participate fully in the strategic and technical decisions of the company concerning the German market.

• Graduate from a top business school

• German & English fluency required + other languages appreciated

• Previous experience in the digital sector and mobile applications
