Descriptif du poste

The goal is to grow the “Sales” distribution model on top of the existing “Self-service” one. Started 1 year ago, the Sales distribution is a success and we’re looking for great people to further develop it.

As the second employee of the Sales team, you will work closely with the Head of Sales and the CEO:

  • Sell to inbound leads qualified for the higher plans:

    • Contact and demo
    • Deep understanding of usage and needs
    • Deliver relevant and value driven solutions compatible with Weglot
    • Closing
  • Sell to outbound leads:

    • Participation to the lead identification and qualification process
    • Participation to physical and online events
    • Demoing the product and closing
    • Lead nurturing
  • Involve in the product strategy via identified needs of high potential customers


Profil recherché

  • Fluent in French and English
  • Strong interest for technology and web
  • 1-3 years of experience as in sales, ideally for a SaaS product or in tech
  • Strong autonomous and hands on spirit

Déroulement des entretiens

  • A first call with the Head of Sales
  • A case study + debrief call with small roleplay
  • A meeting with the co-founders (CEO and CTO) and Head of Sales
