Descriptif du poste

As part of the Marketing team, you will report to the Head of Marketing. You will be in charge of expanding lead and customer acquisition through new and existing channels with a strong initial focus on ad campaigns. You will also lead the tracking of all performance marketing activities.

As a Head of Growth at Weglot, you will be responsible of the lead generation at scale:

  • Plan, manage & optimize our performance campaigns on existing paid channels (Google Ads, Linkedin Ads, Facebook Ads, …).
  • Create impactful ad copy, landing pages and lead capture actions.
  • Launch continuous and regular new growth experiments.
  • Lead our overall marketing analytics strategy to help everyone in the team better measure the impact of our customer acquisition actions and take action from it.

Profil recherché

  • Fluent in French and English
    Min 3+ years of experience in a Growth position with Paid Acquisition responsibilities
  • Strong performance marketing skills: SEA, Display ads & attribution have no secrets for you
  • Great analytical skills: Experience using marketing analytics tools (Google tools, Segment, tracking tools,…).
  • Strong SQL proficiency and comfortable with tech tools or code
  • Strong autonomous and hands-on spirit
