Descriptif du poste

As part of the Marketing team, you will report to the CMO. You will be in charge of expanding lead generation actions through new and existing channels and managing the tracking of all marketing & growth activities.

As a Growth & Performance Marketing Manager at Weglot, you will be responsible of the lead generation at scale:

  • Growth experiments | Launch new growth experiments to attract new leads. For example:
  1. Event-based marketing: Create tools to monitor key signals to identify potential leads (Tools like: Zapier/Integromat, BuiltWith/Wappalyzer, Phantom Buster, …).
  2. Create impactful ads, outreach emails, landing pages to take actions on those signals and generate leads (Tools like: ActiveCampaign, DropContact, Hunter.io, …).
  • Paid ads | Plan, manage & optimize our performance campaigns on existing paid channels (Tools like: Google Ads, Linkedin Ads, Facebook Ads, …).
  • Growth analytics & leads scoring | Lead our overall growth & marketing analytics strategy to help everyone in the team better measure the impact of our lead generation actions and take action from it (Tools like: Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Segment, …)

Profil recherché

  • Fluent in French and English
  • Strong lead generation skills: growth tools, SQL proficiency, code and scripting skills, …
  • Paid ads skills: Google Ads, Display ads & attribution have no secrets for you
  • Great analytical skills: Experience using marketing analytics tools (for example: Google tools, Segment, tracking tools,…).
  • Strong autonomous and hands-on spirit
