About the Product Team

You’ll be joining the founding Product team at Wecasa. Work alongside ex-Shopify and ex-Uber teammates to build and grow our at-home wellness & care marketplace.

About the Role

We’re looking for a product manager to partner with engineers and designers to develop impactful solutions for Wecasa’s customers and pros. You’ll work on a variety of projects across the product with a diverse set of team members.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with engineering, design, operations, and marketing to ideate, prioritize and deliver solutions for our customers and pros.
• Lead development of product roadmap and build alignment across engineering, design, brand, operations and Leadership/Executive team
• Define and analyze key metrics to inform decision-making and measure success
• Implement best in class product management and development practices
• Create delightful experiences informed by data and user research for customers and pros

Qualifications

• Have a several years of experience managing products from ideation to delivery. It doesn’t matter so much what your job title was, so long as you have hands-on experience creating and leading tech products.
• Have an entrepreneurial mindset. Rolling up your sleeves, thrive in chaos, and get things done
• Be curious about solving user problems. Have strong empathy for users from experience directly interacting and building for customers & professionals.
• Ability to understand and leverage data to make informed product decisions, set success metrics and measure results
• Default to show, not tell, and help your team do the same
• Be a team player, coach, and referee all-in-one
• Have great communication skills
• Work well with stakeholders from multiple disciplines
• Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary product teams of designers, developers, brand, customer success, and internal operations.
