Wecandoo

Wecandoo is a social startup committed to the progress of craftsmanship and manual skills. With its collective of Artisans, Wecandoo allows the general public to push the doors of an Artisan’s workshop, learn a skill and make a unique creation with him/her.

Whether it’s a piece of wooden furniture, a knife, a purse or even sausages or bread… More than 3500 workshops are currently available in France with the best Artisans of each region. The experiences last from 1 hour to several days and are aimed at many types of customers: groups of friends, families, individuals looking for an original gift or companies team buildings.

With more than 200,000 customers since the launch of the company, Wecandoo is now expanding throughout Europe. Today, the team is made up of thirty people committed to promote craftsmanship and allow everyone to reconnect with Artisans!

The position

You will be working in the heart of the machine and will work hand in hand with the Benelux country manager to develop the portfolio of Artisans in Flemish Belgium but also in Amsterdam.
Your job? Find the artisans, convince them to welcome customers in their workshops and guide them in the creation of unique experiences. Time for creativity and human encounters!

The missions are divided in the following way:

Business Development

• Processing incoming requests from artisans and canvassing other artisans
• Canvassing with physical and telephone appointments
• Creation of the offer with the Artisans
• Passing on information to the Content and Onboarding team

Geographical expansion

• Artisan Identification for new geographic openings
• Trips to the artisans’ meetings

Account Management and Product Monitoring

• Performance monitoring by workshop + content and format redesign to improve sales
• Accompanying the Artisans in the development of their workshop activity

You are fluent in Dutch and have an excellent level of English. French is a plus.
