As a member of our Customer Success team, you will be in charge of technical support issues for our international customers and partners, and will also work closely with our R&D team.
You will be responsible for the company’s communication with its customers and partners. In a second phase, you will be able to integrate Professional Services and training missions to your position.

Your missions:

• Take into account the incidents or requests for intervention submitted by customers and partners;
• Analyze and carry out the actions necessary for their resolution;
• Collaborate with the R&D teams in the resolution of incidents requiring it;
• Communicate relevant information (time spent, technical risks, …) within the team;
• Carry out all studies that you will be entrusted with on technical projects, IT developments, and possibly pre-sales presentations, at the customer’s site or at the company’s premises;
• Intervene during the different phases of a customer project;
• Carry out deployments on customer sites in the ME region as a consultant;
• Ensure the training of our partners and customers;
• Report regularly to your manager.

You:

• Have a solid knowledge of GNU/Linux and Windows environments
• Master the following protocols: SSH and its variations, RDP, Telnet, (Debian) HTTP(s) and have notions in network (Firewall, VPN), databases (MySql) and directories (Active Directory, OpenLDAP)
• You are at ease on the phone and have a good customer contact (customer satisfaction is our priority!)
• Be able to have a macro vision of the infrastructures at the customers
• Are friendly, are made for us!
