Primary Mission: The key to success for Wakam lies in its mastery of execution. In a double-digit growth environment, delivering the promise expected by our partners requires constantly adapting the way we operate.

You are willing to lead the transformation to take Wakam even further in the quest for happy and high-performing teams.

As part of the Transformation team and reporting to our Head of Transformation, you will be responsible for supporting Wakam's teams in our growth and scaling challenges:

  • Identification and implementation of transformation needs in collaboration with all Wakam teams
  • Deployment of continuous improvement mechanisms
  • Agile way of working to quickly deliver value to users

The Profile we are looking at

Key skills:

  • 5-year diploma/Master degree
  • 3+ years of experience in challenges related to the implementation of agile, product management, and/or UX in particular in a fast-growing company. Experience in Insurance is not mandatory but is a plus.
  • Ability to project a strategic vision and implement it at the operational level
  • Good organizational sensitivity and experience evolving and influencing in a complex and dynamic environments.
  • Passionate about digital transformation and the challenges it poses for businesses undergoing change.
  • Agile, Product/UX orientation, data/analytics
  • Tools: Mastery of MS Office suite
  • Fluency in English is essential (spoken and written)
  • Ability to adapt your behavior and role according to the organization and teams needs
  • Good communication and prioritization skills
