HR MANAGER

In order to support our growing US activities, Waga Energy Inc. is looking for hiring a HR Manager. The HR Manager is a key contributor of the success of Waga Energy in the USA.

Responsibilities

Within the US subsidiary, and under the responsibility of US CEO, you are in charge of implementing the group HR policy

Your main missions:

Ensure management of the subsidiary’s HR policy in line with the policy defined by the group

• Ensure a permanent link with the parent company
• Implementation of the HR structure of the subsidiary

Recruitment:

• Define the recruitment plan
• Write job descriptions
• Manage the recruitment pipeline

Personnel administration

• Drafting employment contracts
• Manage payroll
• Produce and update the remuneration grid

Training

• Carry out and implement the subsidiary’s training plan

About you

Master’s degree in human resources. Generalist of the HR function, you are versatile and appreciate the varied tasks.

You are a team player. Your dynamism, rigor, and your ability to organize your own work are no longer to prove.

You are service minded, you are comfortable in writing and speaking to express yourself.

You have the sense of initiative, a strong analyze ability and able for teamwork.
You want to get involved for the environment and contribute with your skills in the environmental objectives of Waga Energy.

Additional skills

Knowledge of French will be appreciated but is not mandatory.

Employer: Waga Energy Inc, a Subsidiary of Waga Energy SA (Mother Company, headquartered in Meylan, France).

Place:

Main: Waga Energy Inc offices located in 150 Monument Road, Bala Cynwyd, 19004 PA, near Philadelphia (PA)

Travels in the USA, France and Canada

Travels to any sites where Waga Energy Inc projects are conducted, to ensure projects follow-up and filed work
