Waapi is a young Startup based in Montpellier.
Since its launch past september 2019, they have experienced exponential growth, of more than 30% of users per month.
They seek to develop different solutions to improve the online sales process. They believe its development and marketing process is a replicable and optimizable process; therefore one of their main goals is to replicate it and optimize it.
The scalability of the model allows them to have this ambition. Which means being able to generate an enormous value with a small and efficient team. No need to work days and nights. Their work philosophy is based on Pareto’s law, where 80% of the results come from 20% of their actions.
This allows them to create a work environment where all team members have the necessary tools at their disposal to excel and where the atmosphere is favorable for efficiency, a good sense of humor and happiness; which will make you feel like home.

Who we are
Waapi is a young startup based in Montpellier, in the South of France. After having spent two years developing a web app for camps and hotels and failed to find any client for it, we pivoted and started to work in Growth Marketing: ProspectIn was born.
And we found what we wanted. A scalable business model. A solution that can be sold around the world. Without moving from our office. Without meeting any clients.
Today, we are growing at a 30% rate per month, since the launch of ProspectIn, at the beginning of September 2019. With a team of 20 people, averaging at 24 years old. As you can imagine, this is crazy fast, especially if you consider that we didn’t raise any money.
What we are about to do
We could talk about vision. Like any other company, particularly big corporation. But we will not.
We will talk about what we are doing now, and what we are going to do next.
We think that the development and the marketing of a SaaS (Software As A Service) is a process that can be optimized and replicated. Today, we focus on delivering new SaaS that are meeting our own needs in the Growth Marketing industry, as fast as we can.
What makes this process and strategy so special is scalability. It means that you can generate an incredibly high amount of value with a small and efficient team. Without working days and nights. All relying on Pareto’s 80/20 rule and automation.
This virtuous business model allows us create a working environment where employees will not only have all the tools and comfort needed to excel at their job, but will have the feeling of joining a big Family.
What will be YOUR mission?
ProspectIn is currently experiencing a tremendous growth, 30% month to month to be precise.
As a rule, we don’t do demo nor calls. Every question and enquiry is handled via our instant chat. That means that we ought to be as fast as we can to reply to users and customers, with extremely high quality answers.
The role of the English Customer Happiness is both to delight English users and English customers by solving their problem and responding to their questions, and to be able to sell the solution to prospects that come to the chat to find out more about ProspectIn. The English Customer Happiness has both the technical vision and the business vision and is able to play the role of a salesperson when needed (always via chat - no call). You will be in charge of the relation with all English Customers.
The English Customer Happiness is a key position within the team as he/she is the first point of contact with English customers. He/she has a clear view of what users want and what are their main pain points. The English Customer Happiness will thus help the Product team and the Technical team to prioritize next features.
Finally, the English Customer Happiness will be in charge of optimizing the answering bot that is used when we are outside of office hours.

As we have clients scattered in more than 50 countries around the world, we need a person Native Speaker English.
