Vulog is seeking a talented backend QA automation engineer.

Within the QA team, you will be responsible for writing, running and analyzing automated tests of Vulog’s API solutions and you will work closely with the R&D team.

Your responsabilities, in a nutshell:

• Be responsible for the REST API automated tests,
• Create backend automated end-to-end tests,
• Review test results and create associated bug tickets or update tests,
• Make and keep up to date test documentation,
• Maintain continuous integration on Jenkins,
• Provide innovative solutions to scale up and improve our testing workflow.

What we’re looking for:

Background

• Educational background in the field of engineering or computer science,
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role,
• ISTQB certification (Foundation level) appreciated,
• Good English level required.

Technical Skills

• QA and development technologies knowledges such as SoapUI (Groovy script), Postman, Gitlab, Jenkins, …
• Experience in REST APIs required.

Soft Skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects,
• Eager to work within an innovative environment, showing strong team-spirit,
• Customer-oriented mindset,
• Experience working in an agile environment.
