Your goal as an intern in Vulog’s product team is to improve the customer experience by optimizing access and searchability of product documentation. We are looking for a candidate who has excellent writing, creative thinking, and organizational skills; is self-motivated; is passionate about the customer experience and saving the planet; and is able to work effectively with a diverse team of product owners and managers, developers and marketing experts.

What we’re looking for

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Reorganize content to reflect new structure of the documentation website
• Identify search tags for content and deploy them
• Create and send satisfaction surveys to customers
• Follow and report on user analytics (customer surveys, most popular pages, etc.)
• With the support of the marketing team, create a fresh new look for the documentation website
• Other duties as assigned, depending on bandwidth and experience.

Preferred Experience

• Currently enrolled at a college or university working towards a degree (undergrad or graduate) in one or more of the following areas: Business, Marketing, Advertising, Management, Communications/PR, or similar.
• B1 or higher level of written English
• Familiarity with the basics of Google suite and Microsoft suite
