We are recruiting a Business Developer to support us in the development of Leo&Go, the carsharing service that is revolutionizing the lives of the inhabitants of Greater Lyon!

Leo&Go is an exciting project of inclusive and eco-responsible mobility, which aims to provide new innovative and economical solutions for shared mobility in the Lyon Metropolis. This very large-scale car-sharing service will make it possible, in collaboration with other existing soft mobility offers (public transport, bicycles, scooters, etc.), to reduce the place of personal vehicles in the territory and reduce the environmental impact linked to mobility.

Profil recherché

Your responsabilities, in a nutshell:

Our solutions for professionals make it possible to meet a wide range of mobility needs: home-work, inter-site mobility, professional meetings, airport journeys, etc. Your role will be to accelerate the development of the B2B activity of Leo&Go, by deploying our mobility solution to companies :

  • Definition of a commercial strategy allowing the acquisition of new customer contracts.
  • Identification of potential customers.
  • Construction of commercial proposals adapted to the mobility needs of customers.
  • Prospecting (telephone, emails, Sales Navigator, LinkedIn).
  • Meetings with prospects.
  • Signing of contracts.
  • Support in getting started and using the solution.
  • Management of the commercial relationship with existing customers.
  • Continuous improvement: identify and report business needs to optimize the solution.

What we’re looking for:

  • Master’s degree or equivalent.
  • You have 2 to 4 years of experience in B2B sales.
  • Experience in a start-up and/or in mobility would be a plus.
  • Good understanding of mobility issues within companies.
  • Proven skills in prospecting, sales and negotiation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Very good communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Abilities of observation, analysis and spirit of synthesis.
  • Proactivity, autonomy and results orientation.
  • Curiosity, dynamism, and good humor.
