Le groupe a connu une croissance dynamique à deux chiffres depuis sa création avant d’être ralenti en 2020 par la crise covid. Nous poursuivons aujourd’hui notre phase de scale amorcée en 2020. We are reinforcing our People Team in our HQ in Aix-en-Provence and we are looking for our new People Partner with a focus on Talent Acquisition and Sourcing. 

This is a 6 month fixed term contract to replace a maternity leave 

What your key missions will be within the People Team?

Reporting to one of our Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for the full recruitment cycle and talent acquisition strategy on your scope.

• Define the most adapted sourcing methods in order to close the deals with optimized time-to hire.
• Source the best Talents on your perimeter to support our short-term and long-term business strategy.
• Be responsible for the best candidate experience from the very beginning to the onboarding and even after!    
• Manage close relationships with hiring managers: from day 1 we are convinced that hiring the best people is a collective mission, so we work hand in hands with Business to recruit our future colleagues.
• Engage your candidates, develop and manage your community to contribute to VP awareness.
• Contribute to developing and reinforcing our relationships with our sourcing and schools/academic partners.
• Involving yourself in our Vision Project and in transversal projects, the job is yours !

You are looking for a great team experience in a fast-paced environment & you are hands-on and like to get things done?

You know how to adapt and work with tight deadlines? Team player, you have excellent communication skills, and you are projecting yourself as a precious ambassador of VP and of its culture & of its values?

You love travelling and you speak fluently English (and potentially another language as Italian, Spain, German etc)

If you have an experience in recruitment on Sales, Supply, Finance, Customer Service , it will be a plus.
