Job description

Voodoo is looking for a Sales Director who will be responsible for the North American Direct Deals strategy and execution, by selling our mobile inventory and advertising solutions to key brands, advertisers, and agencies.

  • Set our long-term Direct Deals vision, prioritize its components, and break it down into actionable roadmaps
  • Source, identify and develop relationships with key advertisers and agencies, from the mobile industry or outside
  • Communicate effectively internally to coordinate resources (Ads operations, Publishing management, User acquisition, etc...) and effectively sell our inventory
  • Have a huge impact on scaling our ability to deliver best-in-class growth on our monetization strategies
  • Profile

  • A sales expert: you are an established professional, with an outstanding track record in selling advertising solutions, preferably in the mobile industry
  • You manage your portfolio of clients and understand the mobile ecosystem in a way that you can respond thoroughly and persuasively to the client’s needs and questions
  • You thrive translating a compelling vision into roadmaps, and delivering on time and on quality
  • You have a strong network of established relationships across agencies and advertisers in North America
  • You own your metrics, care deeply about the numbers, and use them to prioritize features and track outcomes against your goals
  • You wish to work in an environment that values candor, freedom, and responsibility
  • You are fluent in English, both written and spoken
