What will be your main challenges?
We are looking for talent interested in creating something bigger ! To succeed in this role, you will need to have a good a passion for gaming. You will be responsible for finding and coaching studios, helping them create hit games. Through your work, you will develop your skills and help us deliver fun and entertaining games to millions of people all around the world! You will be:

  • Sourcing new high potential game studios
  • Onboarding and coaching studios on all aspects of their games
  • Developing a trusting relationship with the best teams and ensure a follow-up on the game statistics
  • Spreading Voodoo’s culture and processes

What is your team about?
You will join a small, international and high performing team. You will interact daily with many other experts at Voodoo: including the Launch Ops team (who will help you optimize the game), the Legal team (who will help you with contracts) and the Marketing team (who will help you launch the game).

What do we expect?

  • At least 2 years full time experience in high demanding firm
  • You are passionate about gaming
  • Good game balancing UX/UI sensitivity
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills
  • You find creative solutions to problems in a fast moving environment
  • Great interpersonal skills and openness to feedback
  • Fluency in Turkish & English
  • You have a passion (art and crafts, music..)
    -Frequent business trips between Paris & Istanbul offices are to be planned

The salary will depend on the experience and skills a candidate brings to the position in line with the levels outlined in the Voodoo Career Path.

We are offering all Voodoo members of staff a flexible vacation policy, allowing us to take as many paid days off as we need as long as the work is done and objectives are complete.

What is our recruitment process?
Our recruitment process typically includes a call with our recruitment team, as well as interviews with your future manager and team members focusing on job fit. We will focus on your soft skills through values fit interview that will determine if your values are compatible with ours. Our CEO is very much involved in the recruitment process, that is why on occasion he will also meet candidates as a last step. Lastly, our test and case studies culture is an integral part of the recruitment process and will feature at some point in your process.
