What will be your main challenges? 

The Head of Customer Success will be responsible for leading the Client Success team and for the ongoing growth of the company’s client portfolios through strategic relationship management, build and maintain the service offering, processes and objectives in order to maintain a high level of satisfaction and ensure the continuous conversion of clients’ contracts.

  • Hire, train and manage a team of client success managers
  • Create and execute processes to ensure the teams are working according to well-planned strategy and objectives
  • Coordinate internal resources for the preparation and delivery of objective based solutions for clients
  • Overview the market to spot opportunities and translate into actionable tasks to maximize revenue potential
  • Build execution plans for clients’ online marketing activities through running a deep analysis on their activity and pulling significant insights and recommendations
  • What do we expect?

  • Experience in leading client success teams for an international SaaS company
  • BA in a relevant field (Business, economics, marketing)
  • 3-5 years experience in account management from an online marketing company or network, working with the international market
  • Very strong account management and relationship-building skills
  • Business development skillsHigh ability to understand the product and a basic technological orientation 
  • Ability to build short and long term growth plans and manage a large portfolio of clients
