We are looking for a Compensation & Benefits Manager to drive our C&B strategy across the globe:

  • Define an innovative and competitive C&B  strategy (salary, bonus, equity, benefits) in line with company culture and objectives
  • Ensure fair and efficient implementation of C&B strategy across locations
  • Manage employee’s equity from grant to sell
  • Perform annual compensation review process for all regions
  • Be at the forefront of emerging trends and best practices
  • Participate in salary and labor market surveys to determine prevailing pay rates and benefits
  • Manage relationships with external providers (Equity, Benefits)
  • Collaborate with Finance, HR, Legal on C&B topics
  • Profile

  • At least 5 years of professional experience in a similar position
  • Strong quantitative and analytics skills, agility with excel and pivot tables
  • Ambition to disrupt the status quo and innovate
  • Prior experience in HR practices and compensation cycle management
  • Adequate knowledge of current labor rules and regulations 
  • Full proficiency in English and French
