MAIN ACTIVITIES

  • respond to calls from users,
  • fill in the intervention monitoring materials and send them to the department concerned.
  • understand the situation by asking specific questions, if necessary by reformulating the explanations provided,
  • remotely diagnose a failure (hardware or software),
  • identify the resources needed to solve the problem, and recommend sending a technician on site if necessary,
  • guide the user through the resolution process or take control of the system remotely,
  • change or repair defective elements,
  • perform functional tests,

Profil recherché

SKILLS AND QUALITIES :

  • be comfortable in oral communication
  • be able to analyze a situation from a distance by asking the right questions
  • quickly find the solutions to be implemented (remote or on-site intervention, specialized technician, etc.)
  • Windows Server / Windows 10 / linux Centos
  • Network (Global) / DHCP / DNS / Active directory
  • Autonome
  • technical English and fluent French.
