Job description

The opportunity

You will be responsible for the design, implementation and continuous improvement of Virtuo’s rental experience processes as the company scales globally. In this role, you will work cross-functionally to develop processes and tools that will allow Virtuo to delight every customer with high-quality rentals. You should enjoy developing simple solutions to complex problems, have experience working with product teams and be able to build trust with a wide range of stakeholders.

🎯 Your missions:

Build the best processes and tools for our rental experience to scale sustainably

  • Own the design and continuous improvement of quality operations processes, developing global standards and benchmarking.
  • Developing new mechanisms and tools to support high quality ops execution across all Virtuo’s markets.
  • Work with technology teams and product managers to develop new tools and systems to support scalability of existing processes.

Developing best practices globally to drive standardization and exceptional customer experience

  • Design partner management programs, testing then implementing them globally.
  • Support the operations with insight and analysis into customer and partner trends.
  • Run cross-functional workshops on the big battles that will drive quality improvements.
  • Build strong partnership with operations field leaders to identify impact of new business initiatives and successfully integrate and deploy them in market.
  • Understand the interdependencies of the business problems you help solve (e.g., customer requirements, process limitations, legal or compliance requirements).

Preferred experience

  • You have hands-on experience leading an operation and/or leading operational strategy. Experience across multiple geographies is a plus.
  • You are passionate about continuous improvement and developing mechanisms to reduce defects.
  • You have experience collaborating with product teams driving automation and tooling improvements.
  • You are willing to roll up your sleeves and do whatever is necessary (owner mentality).
  • You have strong change management and implementation experience, including a demonstrated ability to engage effectively with high levels of management.
  • You are an over-communicator who has strong presentation skills and the ability to articulate, present and debate recommendations at all levels of the business.
  • Qualifications in project management or lean six sigma are desirable.
