Job description

Virtuo is on a high-growth path. From 2020 to 21 as an example, we grew 70% year on year. With 29 European cities, we opened 2 new markets this year.
Digital acquisition, especially via our app, has been at the core of our success. The team is excellent! We need to continue scaling, while managing even better our customer lifecycle.

🎯 Your missions:

As Head of the Growth Marketing team, you will be in charge of growing the number of new customers for Virtuo, in all markets, with a multi-million Euro budget. You will manage a team of 4 to 6 people, covering Digital acquisition, Growth Marketing, and Marketing analytics. This role reports to our CMO, Marie.
Determine growth goals and strategy

  • Together with the CMO and leadership team, help define our yearly growth objectives for all 6 markets
  • Evaluate budget needed and target cost of acquisition
  • Define initiatives with the team to reach the goals, evolving how we operate as a growth marketing team
  • As part of the marketing leads, ensure we operate as one efficient team across markets.
    Own the impact
  • Manage budgets over the year to achieve target cost of acquisition, draft team objectives and goals accordingly
  • Report results, deep dive trends, and anticipate the upcoming impact
  • Manage large partners, build our stack and capabilities for the team to operate
  • Leverage best practices and innovations in the industry
    Engage and develop the growth marketing team
  • Get the team to flourish and deliver their best work while ensuring a high level of trust and engagement
  • Help them grow, and develop as professionals and towards their career goals.

Preferred experience

  • You have 7 year+ of experience across digital acquisition and growth roles in B2C high-growth companies
  • You own your impact and are obsessed with your team’s results
  • You are very analytical and like deep-diving into customer behaviors to come up with new growth opportunities
  • You like testing new ideas, starting from a strong rationale
  • You are a great manager, bringing energy and focus to your team
  • You work as a team with other functions, within and outside of Marketing
  • You are fluent in English is mandatory.
