We are now looking for an ambitious and hands-on QA Manager to join our team and build with us the Operating System that will help cities and transportation services thrive in the mobility revolution. As a QA Manager, you will make sure we deliver a high-end quality product and proactive customer support for a record-breaking issue resolution process. Your collaborative mindset with the Engineering and Customer Success teams will make the difference in providing a seamless user experience at all times.

🎯 Your missions :

  • Plan, execute, and oversee inspection and testing of product to confirm quality conformity to specifications and quality deliverables
  • Assist operations and product teams in tracking, documenting, and reporting quality levels as well as KPIs
  • Analyze and investigate product support requests or reported quality issues to ensure closure in accordance with company guidelines
  • Develop or update company support and issue resolution procedures to ensure capture and investigation, as well as proper documentation of user interactions
  • Monitor risk-management procedures, and maintain and analyze problem logs to identify and report recurring issues to product team
  • Build processes and training materials on systems and policies

Profil recherché

About you:

We are looking for someone with:

  • Bachelor’s degree or associate’s with experience in the field
  • Technical proficiency and good understanding of Software Development Life Cycle as well as Agile/Scrum methodology
  • Knowledge of quality assurance terminology, methods (testing, version control and defect management best practices) and tools
  • Ability to analyze data as well as create and review processes
  • Excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Problem solving oriented, enthusiastic to work on strong technical challenges in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluency in English

Déroulement des entretiens

  1. screening interview (~30min)
  2. fully remote exercise or case study to evaluate your hard skills
  3. debriefing your exercise and projecting yourself in the company (~60min)
  4. cultural fit interview with a C-level (~30min)
  5. meeting with the team (~2h)
  6. reference checks
