We are now looking for an ambitious and hands-on Innovation Project Manager to oversee the enhancement of our company’s innovative capabilities. In this role, you will actively identify key areas for innovative transformation, develop plans according to varying timelines, and manage these processes by aligning innovation goals with the company’s broader business objectives.

🎯 Your missions :

  • Identify and source opportunities for publicly funded R&D projects across Europe
  • Respond to tenders and grant proposals to support innovative developments and manage grants post-awards
  • Manage the development of innovative projects that expand beyond our company’s core offerings (e.g. vehicle electrification, automation and connected technologies, drones, zero emission zones, etc.)
  • Coordinate the various aspects of new business verticals, from idea generation to commercialization and scaling
  • Manage internal and external stakeholders in co-developed initiatives

Profil recherché

About you:

We are looking for someone with:

  • Master’s degree or equivalent from a leading university, business school or engineering school
  • Fluency in English, another European language would be appreciated
  • Excitement about software solutions to deliver better transportation in cities
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to work with both technical and non-technical staff
  • Stellar organization and project management skills, creative and solutions-oriented
  • Domain expertise in data science or transport planning would be a plus
  • Basic software development proficiency would be a plus
  • Comfort with ambiguity and uncertainty

Déroulement des entretiens

  1. screening interview (~30min)
  2. fully remote exercise or case study to evaluate your hard skills
  3. debriefing your exercise and projecting yourself in the company (~60min)
  4. cultural fit interview with a C-level (~30min)
  5. meeting with the team (~2h)
  6. reference checks
