We are hiring a Product Lead - Conversion in Shanghai.

You will report to the CPO, you will be responsible for defining and executing the squad’s roadmap, working cross functionally with other business areas, design and tech, making sure all initiatives are impactful and they improve our users' experience.

In this role you will

  • Define and manage conversion product vision, strategy and detailed roadmap
  • Be the owner for our buyer funnel, looking after traffic, conversion
  • Work closely with business stakeholders and UI/UX design team for the best solution and best UI/UX design for buyer
  • Build scalable traffic, campaign, voucher tools to support promotion events
  • Lead and mentor product owners, grow the team
  • Define clear KPI, prioritize function based on business impact, follow up result on the feature launched using A/B testing, track impact on DAU, MAU, conversation rate.
  • Communicate cross-company the strategy and new releases

About you

  • Asia Ecommerce or relative industry experience and background
  • 7-10 years experience in a product position and at least 5 years leading in ecommerce & in conversion
  • Organized, data driven and analytical mindset (make decisions based on data), familiar with A/B testing,
  • Great technical understanding on conversion products and technologies
  • Experience of leading a team will be appreciated
  • Effective communication and presentation skills
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin
  • Ability to work autonomously & effectively in evolving and dynamic environment
  • Strong agilist and impact oriented
