About the role

Content and Onsite Project Manager F/M/D

Vestiaire Collective is looking for aContent and Onsite Project Manager, to be responsible for supporting the Head of Content Strategy and Onsite as well as the overall Branding & Marketing team on a variety of projects and strategic initiatives.

This is a full-time role based out of our Paris office reporting to the Head of Content Strategy and onsite based in Berlin (some travel will be required). and will work within Brand and marketing teams in Paris.

What you’ll do

You will support the Head of Content Strategy and Onsite in rolling out the 2022/2023 content strategy that integrates all the brand pillars (Trust, Fashion, Community, Sustainability and Activism), meets the business objectives, and challenges the way we do things today.

Your key responsibilities will include :

  • Coordination and project management related to the Content Strategy, spanning Commercial as well as Editorial initiatives.
  • You will liaise with relevant teams in the wider business to ensure all interests are aligned, spanning the Creative Factory, Regional Teams, Global 360 Marketing and PR, Technical streams and more.
  • You will oversee the processes related to content calendars, and ensure global and local calendars are filled in and deadlines are kept.
  • You help establish performance benchmarks across different types of onsite campaigns, and work with Regional Commercial managers and Head of Content Strategy and Onsite on reporting performance to the wider business.
  • You help conduct research across the secondhand and wider fashion industry to gather insights and best practices for content onsite, in-app and beyond, especially with community, fashion and sustainability in mind.
  • As part of the Business and Brand Marketing team you will have the opportunity to work with people across all functions and seniority levels.
  • You will support the business in executing a new exciting strategy that helps confirm our positioning as the most trusted and tasteful second-hand fashion platform globally.

Who you are

  • You have least 3 years experience within a within in a project management role within business, ecommerce, consultancy or Fashion
  • You lead successfully your projects with your strong organizational skills and an ability to multitask
  • You have an excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
  • You enjoy working autonomously and being proactive
  • You are familiar with business and marketing performance measurements, you have analytical skills
  • You are detail-oriented, with a strong creative mindset
  • You are fluent in English essential, French or other languages are a plus
