About Upfluence

Upfluence helps brands tell their story with powerful influencer & content marketing technology. Upfluence’s software allows brands and agencies to identify and contact millions of social influencers and bloggers at scale to execute comprehensive influencer marketing campaigns, as well as provide detailed reporting metrics. Since the launch of our SaaS software in October 2016, the company has yielded a monthly double-digit growth rate, and we are therefore seeking further expansion for our team and offices. Our rapidly growing global team is currently distributed between our offices in NYC, Los Angeles, Mexico, and Lyon.

As a Senior Product Designer, you will have the following responsibilities: 

Discovery

• Partner with product managers and developers to define problems and goals, map user flows, prototype interactions, or polish existing features.
• Define and continuously improve functionalities (launch regular audits, implement feedback funnels, plan interview sessions, etc.)

Any initiative is also welcome if you feel you have particular discovery needs. 

Building

• Design the most impactful and intuitive features that our users will love
• Create wireframes and high-fidelity mock-ups using Figma
• You master creating interactive prototypes and testing them (Figma, Maze, etc.) 
• Ensure proper implementation of new features and improvements in collaboration with the tech and product team
• Build, document, and maintain our Design System

Other

• Introduce processes and tools to maximize the team’s efficiency and quality.
• Hiring & team organization: You will help the Head of Product to grow the Product team and to refine the team organization.

Who we are looking for

• 3+ years of Product design experience
• Figma has no more secrets for you. You know how to use it efficiently to express your creativity
• You have a good understanding of B2B SaaS
• You have a strong sense of the user experience and are obsessed with building a perfect product
• You have strong problem-solving skills
• You have basic skills in HTML and CSS
• You have business proficiency in English, both written and spoken
