Descriptif du poste

We are a fast-growing company. Thus, the need for structuring our commercial efforts by creating a position of Business Development Manager. As such, you will be the Ambassador of UMMON and therefore a Tech Evangelist of AI in oncology and pathology. The various aspects considered cover monitoring, prospecting, making contact until signature, and monitoring contracts. The fields of action are currently:

  • Establishment of academic partnerships (data, publications)
  • Development of a service offer (targets: biotech/pharma companies in the field oncology)
  • Commercial prospection for our 1st product already CE marked (targets: pathology laboratories)
  • Participation in professional fairs and medical-scientific congresses
  • Management of the CRM tool (HubSpot)

The position will report to the COO.


Profil recherché

PhD in Biology, PharmD or MD, with another Degree or 1st experience in Business.
In terms of the skills you will bringing on board, you will ideally have:

  • Presentation and conviction skills
  • An ability to clearly communicate (both in writing and verbally) your work.
  • An adaptable approach - we are a startup and we learn as we go.
  • A strong sense of responsibility and organizational skills.

Good to know : Location : Dijon, Paris, Lyon or Basel. Other locations to be considered on a case-by-case basis.


Déroulement des entretiens

2 or 3 interviews, first with the direct supervisor, then with the co-founders. Prepping a business case may be asked to back the discussion.
