💪🏼 The challenge, if you accept it !

As our first travel support consultant, you will play a key role in growing Ulysse and the quality of our product.

Working hand in hand with customer support, tech and product, you will be our first line of support, making sure that our customers have a smooth and hassle-free experience. Since we are only at the beginning of our journey, your ideas will be instrumental in deciding which path to follow. This role can eventually transform into a manager position as the team grows.


Profil recherché

  • Previous experience in the travel industry
  • Experience of using a GDS (Amadeus, Sabre, Travelport, Galileo)
  • Experience with fares an ticketing
  • Ability to think outside-the-box and willingness to go the extra mile
  • Customer obsessed, you’re passionate about delivering exceptional customer service
