Le poste

Descriptif du poste

  • You’ll become the client’s trusted advisor to identify their current pain points, future needs and potential objections ;
  • You’ll be the customer systems integration subject matter expert (Supplier portals, ERP, Treasury systems,…) ;
  • You’ll partner with the Account Executives and the Account Managers to win deals ;
  • You’ll work closely with the Customer Success team to ensure a successful onboarding and solution deployment ;
  • You’ll create client engagement best practices and blueprints, industrialise and scale the sales enablement framework ;
  • You’ll keep abreast of market trends and product & competitor landscapes ;
  • You’ll partner with the Product and Marketing teams to broadcast latest product features to internal and external audiences ;

Profil recherché

You are autonomous and flexible, enjoy learning as much as doing, and know how to communicate your ideas. We are looking for talents with the following qualifications:

  • You have a relevant knowledge of industry requirements, norms, and general expectations related to Procure-to-Pay, Treasury Management Systems, ERPs and Third Party Risk Management solutions ;
  • You have Pre-Sales or implementation experience, or exposure to the sales cycle of SaaS solutions ;
  • You have experience in full-cycle software implementation projects, ideally in SaaS ;
  • You have a strong technical and business skills and knowledge of modern software platforms, especially APIs and SaaS ;
  • You’re an excellent communicator, you’re clear, concise and straight to the point ;

We are also looking for the following attributes:

  • You love being in front of clients and you’re people-oriented by nature ;
  • You’re a creative person who has a strong ability to adapt and bring new ideas to the table ;
  • You’re not afraid of being multi-task and manage a high-volume of projects concurrently ;
  • You’re focused on delivery, getting things done, no matter the circumstances ;
  • You’re someone open to feedback and learn

Déroulement des entretiens

  • Call with Claire, our Talent Partner (30 min) ;
  • Call with hiring manager (1h) ;
  • Case study (should take around 2 hours of work on a 1 week timeframe) ;
  • Test restitution and Coffee fit with two members of Trustpair and the Chief Revenue Officer/a Trustpair Founder (1h30 in total)
