We are opening a Senior Content Marketer position in our growing marketing team!

You will have the unique opportunity to develop the company’s brand and establish its content strategy online and offline. 

Working with the marketing team (product marketing manager, marketing designer, event manager), freelancers and agencies, you will design, set up and execute the brand and content strategy and adjust it in order to increase the results and impact on the company’s growth. 
 

Your role :

 

Editorial Strategy

 

  • Co-define the goals we want to achieve through the content strategy ;
  • Setup an Editorial Calendar for local content strategy (volumes & themes) ;
  • Pilot content-co-marketing campaigns with partners ;
  • Adapt content brand positioning and tone & voice in order to increase the impact of the content on lead generation, consistency and expertise ;
  • Bring to life innovative content formats to engage our targets and freshen up our tone and voice

 

Content Creation

 

  • Copy-write Tier-1 content assets where high quality is required : product-related content (guides, articles), PR tribunes and press release and editorials ;
  • Manage content associated resources (freelancers, tools, etc.) ;
  • Produce and publish SEO-friendly articles in collaboration with a pool of freelancers ;
  • Define topics, coordinate and review Lead Magnets content (white papers, Reports, Infographics) to increase form submissions ;
  • Meet Customers, write and share their success stories through online and offline channels ;
  • Orchestrate our Brand Employee voice content strategy hand in hand with the People Team

 

Content Distribution

 

  • Animate Trustpair’s Social Media Strategy to engage with our targets ;
  • Manage Marketing Emails, Newsletters and nurturing campaigns ;
  • Host and organise organic or paid webinars, and in-house events ;
  • Collaborate with our Traffic Manager to distribute the content in Organic & Paid Marketing campaigns

 

Content Impact Measurement

 

  • Measure the impact of each action aligned with the defined goals ;
  • Adjust the content strategy in order to reach the lead generation objectives

    MUST HAVE

     

    • Academic background (masters degree) in literature, politics, journalism, etc: you are a natural story-teller with stellar written communication skills in French and English ( being bilingual is required) ;
    • At least 3 years of experience in Content Management: you are autonomous in producing high quality content ;
    • Ability to come up with creative ideas and think out of the box ;
    • Strong organisation skills and ability to respect deadlines ;
    • Good knowledge of media, audiences, and community-building strategies ;
    • Strong ability to develop relationships within a B2B ecosystem (journalists, partners, customers) ;
    • Result-oriented mindset and with the willingness of having a strong impact 


    NICE TO HAVE

     

    • Experience in content writing in B2B environments ;
    • Technology and SaaS experience is a strong plus ;
    • Used to work with Key Accounts as a target

    • Case Study (60min) :
      • Case study preparation: it should take around 3 hours of work one week ahead of the presentation. We are respectful of your time: there is no trap, we just want to see how you think and have an open discussion.
