In the context of its growth, TRIBVN Healthcare is looking for its Senior Partnerships Manager (M/F).

Your role :

Integrated in a dynamic team of 40 people and reporting directly to the CEO, you will be in charge of setting up the various partnerships such as industrialists (start-ups, large companies), hospital and university centers or in the context of data/scientific research related to TRIBVN Healthcare. In an ambition of strong growth, your role will be to maintain our current partnerships and to evaluate new partnerships with other centers or companies in order to increase TRIBVN Healthcare’s visibility in the digital pathology market. You will be the point of contact and liaison between TRIBVN Healthcare, its international or national partners and internal teams (marketing, AI, IT team, legal or scientific partners).

To carry out this mission, you will be responsible for :

• Identifying market trends, negotiating and managing partnerships including the evaluation and sourcing of new strategic, national and international partnerships (i.e industrials, hospitals, university centers and institutes) to explore potential collaborations with
• Setting agreements and contracts to secure such partnerships on the long run
• Optimizing existing partnerships by building a relationship of trust with each of these partners, and testing new approaches and partnerships to guarantee an exclusive offer on the market
• Working on collaborative projects to be part of research and industrial consortiums and apply to calls and challenges
• Creating and managing projects with other departments to leverage on the signed partnerships and develop business
• Working closely with the managers of TRIBVN Healthcare’s internal teams in France and at Global

Your skills and profile:

• A Master degree/ PhD in sciences with a strong commercial and/or legal background (AI is a plus)
• Must have a minimum of 5+ year’s within Digital Health and understand the competitive landscape of the market. Digital Pathology knowledge would be an asset.
• Deep clinical, diagnostic and business experience in the biopharmaceutical industry with a track record of success in driving high-value partnerships and collaborations, with significant achievements and relevant network
• Start-up state of mind, you have experienced working in a start-up company environment while supporting it to grow
• Entrepreneurial mindset – proactive, persistent, collaborative, and excited to tackle a wide range of new topics
• Very good interpersonal skills, ability to listen and advice customers
• Excellent presentation, perfect writing skills
• Fluent in French and in English
