Dans le domaine de l’analyse d’images, ses solutions s’appuient sur les dernières innovations en termes d’intelligence artificielle notamment sur des algorithmes de deep et de machine learning. Ces outils permettent d’accompagner médecins et chercheurs dans leur prise de décision diagnostique et leur évaluation scientifique dans l’intérêt des patients.

Dans le domaine du partage, ses solutions mettent en œuvre des outils full web pour accompagner ses clients dans leurs activités de télépathologie, d’enseignement ou de validation clinique multicentrique.

In the context of its growth, TRIBVN Healthcare offers the following opportunity: Customer experience - Project Leader (M/F)

Your role:

Integrated in a dynamic team of 35 people and closely to the VP Customer Experience, you will be responsible for managing the implementation of our products at our customers’ sites, ensuring daily follow-up and creating a world class customer service experience as you input to and execute the Customer Experience Strategy. You will work in close collaboration with Customers, Production, Development and Sales.

In collaboration with the customer experience team, you will be in charge of:

• Creating, managing, and developing a world class customer services that aligns to our values
• Supporting the client in his transition to digital pathology
• Managing the timely and accurate processing of inbound requests from customers
• Organizing the deployment of our solutions to customers by coordinating our internal solution deployment team and the customer’s business and IT teams
• Accompanying and training the customer in understanding our products
• Analyzing and summarizing customer feedback and requests for changes
• Driving an environment of high performance and continuous improvement
• Monitoring departmental effectiveness and build connections with key stakeholders to identify and implement structural changes to improve customer experience delivery
• Ensuring operational excellence by helping to build processes, define policies and implement best practices for a growing customer service organization

Preferred experience

Your skills and profile:

• A Master’s degree in Engineering with strong scientific and technical/IT background
• Able to demonstrate a history of managing project in a technical or scientific context
• Very good written and oral expression in both French and English
• Ability to listen and advise customers
• Start-up state of mind
• Autonomous, pragmatic, versatile and organized
• Very good interpersonal skills
• Excellent presentation
