In the context of its growth, TRIBVN Healthcare offers the following opportunity: Business Development Manager Pharma (H/F)

Integrated in a dynamic team of 20 people, you will be responsible for the business development of a client portfolio in Europe in the pharma, biotech and CRO market and you will work closely with the CEO. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, defining the strategy, developing new clients and closing deals in order to support Pharma, CRO and biotech laboratories in their pre-clinical and clinical work with the help of our solutions.

In close collaboration with the CEO and the executive team, you will be in charge of:

• Defining the strategy, the market access and the marketing for Pharma Services & Solutions
• Promoting and selling imaging solutions built on AI & Data for pre-clinical & clinical research
• Analyzing customer’s needs
• Creating a dynamic sales funnel by prospection and development
• Doing pitches and demonstrations
• Writing offers and technical reports
• Developing commercial relationships with partners
• Providing support to the production teams
• Nurturing and maintaining CRM and commercial tools
• Providing regular reporting

Other information:

  • Permanent contract, full-time
  • Ideally based in Paris
  • Permanent business trips in Europe and potentially in the US

Profil recherché

Your skills and profile:

• Master’s degree in engineering or sciences
• Significative sales experiences in prospection and follow-up of client portfolio; minimal experience of 7 years in the sales or engineering of scientific solutions for the pharma and CROs industry. Must have already sold services or tools to pharma/ CROs in the context of clinical studies (software sales experience, SaaS exposure a plus)
• Ability to listen and advise customers
• Start-up state of mind
• Autonomous, pragmatic, versatile and organized
• Very good interpersonal skills, Excellent presentation
• Fluent in English
