Descriptif du poste

The Account Manager holds a key position in the company.
He/ She oversees client relationships.
He/ She follows up with clients both on Onboarding to Production phase, thus beeing the main contact of the clients through the whole partnerships.
He/ She acts as an expert, provides guidance on our compliance requirements, products and services.
He / She makes sure to maintain the clients satisfactions by all means.

1. Take part in client Onboarding phase
Manage projects and coordinate with other internal departments > Implementation, Legal, Conformity and Finance

  • Organize and lead client meetings
  • Support contract signature
  • Support the incorporation of agent and distributor files
  • Support the AML training
  • Support the implementation phase

Manage projects and coordinate with external providers, including:

  • Support the implementation of card issuing program (printer + provider)
  • Support the implementation of card acquisition program (PSP partner)
  • Support the implementation of KYC Liveness (KYC by Video with our ID verification partner)

2. Take part in client Production phase
Manage projects and coordinate client relationships

  • Organize and lead monthly / quarterly client meetings
  • Follow and share client news (externally and at Treezor)
  • Follow tickets and requests to bring solutions
  • Work in teams and coordinate communication with the client
  • Upsell services marketed by Treezor

3. In general terms, manage complementary missions:

  • Actively contribute to client satisfaction
  • Follow the clients’ billing process and ensure there is no payment delay
  • Follow sector and client-related news
  • Master the Treezor product catalog
  • Write client reports
  • Follow KPIs and SLAs
  • Update reportings
  • Comply with procedures and internal trainings
