Talent Acquisition Partner

For Treatwell to succeed in transforming the way the hair & beauty community and their clients connect, we need to hire great people!

The Talent Acquisition team is a lean, productive powerhouse at attracting, sourcing and hiring exceptional talent that will raise the bar in everything that we do.

As our Talent Acquisition Partner, you’ll take the lead on the end to end recruitment for a range of commercial roles, ready to adapt your style to suit the hardest to source roles, through to the chattiest bunch of sales professionals.

Obsessed with creating an exceptional candidate experience, you love what you do and get a kick out of advocating Treatwell in every interaction you have.

You will be responsible for:

  • Hiring for different levels of Sales and Account Management positions
  • Raising the bar on candidate experience, continuously keeping the candidate’s perception front of mind throughout each interaction and hiring journey.
  • Building strong relationships across the organisation with leaders
  • In tune with Treatwell’s org design, with a deep understanding of each team (ie goals, challenges, size, structure & impact on the business)
  • Optimising & streamlining hiring processes to improve the way we are hiring, assessing candidates and moving them through the funnel efficiently.
  • Composing and executing creative sourcing strategies against prioritised positions to develop superior talent pipelines
  • Maintaining exceptional standards and data integrity across tools and systems (Workable and Bamboo)
  • Writing and improving job descriptions to attract talent and set up expectations
  • Designing and owning Treatwell’s talent map to help you and the team identify possible pipeline opportunities
  • Researching and pulling insights on salaries, benefits and commission across the group to support the business in benchmarking against competitors

About You

  • Fluent in English and French, both verbal and written
  • Demonstrated experience hiring candidates for hard to fill roles and high volume roles in sales and account management from initial sourcing to offer
  • Loves the execution and seeing a piece of work through to the end
  • Highly experienced using an ATS tool (we use Workable) to manage and update candidate information
  • Adaptable communication style, able to understand your audience and change your language/tone of voice
  • Diligent with stakeholders, with consideration to their working styles, communication and outcomes
  • Experience working towards ambitious targets including time to hire and number of hires, added plus if you also worked with attrition of hires and performance of hires
  • Genuine interests in the whole organisation and operation, proactive in seeking information about the business, culture and strategy
