As our Employee Engagement Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and driving engagement initiatives, aligned to our Employee Experience strategy.  

You’ll be part of our friendly Employee Engagement team and work closely with a number of teams and stakeholders from all locations, levels and functions. This is a great opportunity for a hands-on people person to make a positive difference for our Trainliners and contribute to making Trainline an even greater place to work. 

Key Responsibilities  

  • You’ll support in the delivery of innovative global programmes and initiatives across employee engagement, wellbeing, D&I, CSR, and recognition to help make us an even better place to work. 
  • You’ll play a key role in planning and executing our exciting global events, aligned to our Employee Experience calendar.  
  • You’ll manage our Employee Voice channels (bi-annual employee engagement survey, newly launched pulse surveys and lifecycle surveys) – analysing feedback, identifying trends and partnering with key stakeholders to drive positive improvements. 
  • You’ll oversee our awesome Employee communities (Diversity Networks, Culture Champions, Wellbeing and Green Networks) – partnering with them to drive initiatives that help foster a positive and inclusive work culture, aligned to our Employee Experience agenda. 
  • You’ll lead on internal communication and engagement activity for our London HQ, effectively sharing key news, updates, and initiatives to Trainliners. 

Profil recherché

  • A minimum of 3 years’ Employee Engagement/internal communications experience, ideally in a fast moving, international business with a culturally diverse and dispersed team. 
  • A passion for employee experience – you care about fostering a positive environment for everyone, and are keen to come up with new ideas to improve the Trainliner experience using feedback from our teams and communities. 
  • To be a confident communicator – you’re comfortable speaking to large groups of people and your written communication game is strong. 
  • Experience in managing company-wide events and campaigns end to end – you’re organised and have strong project management, planning and time management skills. 
  • To be open and approachable – you’re able to build effective relationships and work collaboratively with colleagues across a variety of function areas and levels, and external agencies. 
  • Detail-oriented with a keen ability to connect the dots, actively engaging with the business to understand improvement areas and proactively applying engagement expertise where needed. 
  • To be proactive, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and keep calm under pressure.
