You take the leadership of a team of 8 Talented Delivery Managers that operates on the EMEA market, and handle successfully more than 100 projects per year.

Your two main challenges:

• You take ownership of our new Delivery strategy through our Partner Channel and you structure it’s day to day orchestration.
• You evolve in a high growth environment and are in charge of growing & structuring your team to insure productivity and success.

You report directly to our Head of Customer Operations - Imen Braham.

YOUR MISSIONS & PROJECTS

Team Management & People Growth:

• You lead a team of talented Delivery Managers: You help them grow and build a trajectory for each one of them
• You help defining strategies for team growth to follow our ambitious expansion strategy
• You help your team capitalise on their strong client relationships, and position themselves as Product Expert and Delivery Expert
• You are accountable of the implementation, within your team, of a ‘best-in-class’ continuous improvement process

Delivery Strategy & orchestration:

• You manage our end-to-end Onboarding process (from signature to hand-over to the CSM team), and insure a high level of agility and a strong ability to evolve around our partnership program
• In collaboration with our Partners, Sales, Marketing and CSM, you deliver high quality value to our clients.
• You interact directly with our clients and their C-levels to get direct feedbacks and insure a high quality Delivery Process

PROFILE

You ideally have 2+ years experience in a Leading position within a Delivery Management capacity, handling B2B projects with C levels.

• Customer centric: You’re obsessed with client’s impact
• Pragmatic: you know how to find simple solutions to fuzzy needs
• Opinionated: you know how to say no and how to justify the choices you make
• Solution driven: You always provide solutions or alternatives
• Visionary: You know how to come up with innovations that will make our Onboarding process  unique and translate a vision into concrete action
• Leader: You have strong communication, interpersonal, servant leadership skills and outstanding organizational skills
• C level Face off : You have strong demonstrated experience in facing C Level ( clients grand comptes)
• You have strong demonstrated experience in delivering complex / integrated solutions ( especially in the data environnement) 
• Having a significative experience on working with Technological Partners, Consultancy firms or Cloud vendors would be a real plus
