YOUR MISSION & PROJETS

Day to day :

• You run various projects for our clients: You define, and help framing the client needs. You animate workshops, design & configure the tool, ensure good coordination with our internal teams, as well as with the clients
• You manipulate data : You integrate the data of your client into Toucan Toco’s application
• You contribute to the constant improvement of the tool & unite/create cohesion around the product
• You help building the US delivery team by creating workflows and contributing to the continuous improvement of our methods
• You contribute to Toucan Toco’s expansion : Training partners & clients, leading international projects, engaging with your US & French team, etc.
• You manage your own portfolio of clients: You will be responsible for your own accounts on the long term, ensuring their satisfaction and growth, creating upsell and client retention

PROFILE

• Previous experience as a BI consultant or experience in data manipulation tech such as Python & Mongo is necessary
• You have experience handling B2B clients: 2 years experience minimum and within the startup ecosystem is a plus
• You have experience with data manipulation, and you can prove it (data consolidation, participations to projects involving datas,…)
• You are eager to lead agile projects, that are successful
• You position yourself as a Orchestra Conductor with the different actors of the project
• You also want to put your hands in the product and play with it
• You are an excellent communicator, and can adapt your communication to the various interlocutors (C-level, tech team, partners, etc)
• You have en entrepreneurial mindset and are willing to contribute to growing our business in the US

• Pragmatic and resourceful, you’re a “doer” = you do things quick and well. Even if you have to correct it afterwards
• Creative, curious and autonomous, you are ambitious. You want to participate to a start-up growth & design the best application to respond to your client needs

• You are Data Friendly : You have a strong interest for Data, and want to understand the ins and outs of it
